The largest segment remains at 5 avenue de la Mairie and was totally upgraded and rennovated in 2005 by the present owners.

House can be purchased directly from owner using the notary company Didier BROUSSE to complete the legal and paperwork transaction. The purchaser pays a Notary fee which included taxes and other transfer fees of approximately 6.5-7% of the sales price. All French real estate transactions must be conducted and finalized by Notaries. Their fees are a nationally standardized rate whether involving a real estate agency or not. French real estate agencies charge between 9-10% commission rate for selling a property but are not necessary if a private owner find their own buyer. We have an English speaking contact with the Banque Populaire office in Lezignan who can arrange low interest financing subject to credit approval.
